When will my order be shipped?
Every FRAMED garment is made especially for you once your order is placed.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days, after which your order is carefully packed and shipped.
As soon as it leaves our production partner, you'll receive an email.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because production begins quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes will always be possible, but we'll always do our best to help.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
At the moment, FRAMED ships within the United States only.
We're working toward expanding internationally in the future.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been produced, most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days.
Delivery times may occasionally vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll automatically receive an email containing your tracking number.
If you haven't received your tracking information after several days, feel free to contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Because every FRAMED piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as simply changing your mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size we'll gladly make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a few photos of the item and its packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged ?
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves production, but if something isn't right, don't worry.
Simply send us a few photos of the product and packaging, and we'll review your request as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

While no manufacturing process is completely impact-free, we believe creating only what is needed is a more thoughtful way to produce clothing.
