These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through wearframed.com.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

FRAMED sells premium apparel produced on demand.

Because every item is individually manufactured after purchase, slight variations in print placement or color may occur. These differences are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Colors may vary depending on screen settings.


3. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency.

Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated during checkout before payment is completed.

FRAMED reserves the right to modify prices at any time prior to an order being placed.


4. Orders

An order becomes binding only after payment has been successfully processed.

FRAMED reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including:

  • suspected fraud;
  • payment authorization failure;
  • pricing or technical errors;
  • product unavailability.

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.


5. Payment

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and any payment providers offered during checkout.

FRAMED never stores complete payment card information.


6. Production

All products are manufactured only after an order has been placed.

Production generally requires 2 to 5 business days before shipment.

Production times may be longer during holidays or periods of exceptional demand.


7. Shipping

Delivery estimates are provided for information only.

FRAMED is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.


8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Customers should review this policy before making a purchase.


9. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Photographs of the product and packaging may be required.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund.


10. Limitation of Liability

FRAMED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of its products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the seller's place of establishment, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
