Return & Refund 

We want you to feel confident ordering from FRAMED.

If there is an issue with your order or your item is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We review every request individually and will work with you to find the most appropriate solution.

How to request a return

To request a return or replacement, contact us at contact@wearframed.com and include :

  • Your order number
  • The item concerned
  • The reason for your request
  • Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect

Please contact us before sending anything back.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

After reviewing the issue, we will offer a free replacement or a refund.

In most cases, you will not be required to return a damaged or defective item.

 

Size issues or change of mind

If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Each request is reviewed individually.

Depending on the circumstances, we may :

  • Provide a prepaid return label
  • Ask you to return the item using your preferred shipping service
  • Offer a replacement or store credit
  • Offer another appropriate solution

Return shipping is not automatically free for size errors or changes of mind.

Any applicable cost will be clearly communicated before you confirm the return.

 

Return eligibility

When a physical return is required, the item must be :

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
  • In its original condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in resalable condition.

 

Exchanges

We do not currently offer automatic exchanges.

Depending on the situation, we may arrange a replacement directly.

Otherwise, the original item will be returned or refunded and a new order can be placed in the correct size or color.

 

Refunds

When a return is required, we will notify you once the item has been received and inspected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the transaction.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or the order was not delivered as promised.
