Thank you for shopping with FRAMED.
Every FRAMED garment is made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and produce each item specifically for you.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, FRAMED ships within the United States only.
We hope to expand to additional countries in the future.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:
United States: 3–7 business days
These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
Any applicable taxes will also be displayed before payment is completed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delays
Although we work with trusted production and shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- High seasonal demand
- Other circumstances beyond our control
We appreciate your patience should these situations arise.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
FRAMED is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your address before production begins, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and its packaging.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may arrive in separate shipments if they contain multiple products or are fulfilled from different production facilities.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Customs & Import Fees
As FRAMED currently ships only within the United States, customers should not incur customs or import duties.
If we expand internationally, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
